General Merchant Operations

Responsibilities

1. Merchant Operations : Familiar with the characteristics of the motorcycle supplies & aftermarket industry, possessing certain industry resources and conducting regular investment recruitment and incubation. Responsible for the operation and work of the motorcycle supplies & aftermarket merchants on the platform, including but not limited to formulating merchant development plans and order volume Improve, marketing strategy, customer unit price, conversion rate, and constantly accumulate methodologies and optimize operating mechanisms 2. Product operation: combine regional characteristics and clear category operation strategies, effectively integrate various marketing resources, formulate activity strategies and implementation plans, Organize merchants to participate in various marketing activities to improve order conversion 3. Resource integration: Find internal and external resources, including but not limited to institutions, experts, associations, etc., to ensure that business results are achieved 4. Business innovation: study industry development trends and formulate strategies Business development planning, parallel construction of multiple projects, and promotion of model innovation.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, familiar with the platform operation system, 3 years or more of e-commerce business background is preferred 2. Have Strong BD capabilities, operating background experience in the automotive supplies & aftermarket industry and rich business resources, data analysis capabilities, product structure disassembly capabilities, and specific case examples 3. Have resource integration capabilities and long-term business focus Have strong judgment in development and planning, and have strong independent working and structural thinking skills 4. Good at cross-department communication, innovative ability, cheerful personality, strong execution ability, certain ability to withstand pressure, and a good team team spirit.
