Job Description - Guest Services Manager

Lan Kwai Fong Hotel-Kau U Fong


Lan Kwai Fong Hotel is an award-winning boutique hotel in Central Hong Kong. Our boutique hotel’s rooms and suites are exquisitely appointed with oriental décor, offering guests a touch of Asian hospitality.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the Front Office
  • Supervise the Front Office Team to ensure smooth operations and maintain  high service standards to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Handle guest complaints and comments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Handle emergency cases according to hotel policies and procedures
  • Handle Overnight reports

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in hospitality management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in supervisory level or above of Front Office in the hotel industry
  • Initiative, organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving, negotiation and supervisory skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
