Job Description - Head of International E-commerce Governance and Customer Service

Responsibilities

1. Supervise large language models and label operation teams to improve audit efficiency and model accuracy 2. Leverage the capabilities of advanced language models to enhance content auditing and use large models to quickly and accurately identify potential risk factors 3. Enable large models to autonomously handle routine audit tasks and reduce the need for manual intervention 4. Simplify the decision-making process by leveraging large models, especially for complex tasks 5. Promote collaboration between domain experts and large models, and continuously improve model performance and accuracy in combination with expert judgment 6. Drive innovation in content review by keeping up with emerging AI and review technologies 7. Define and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of large models in content review 8. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improve review strategies 9. Work with cross-functional teams to align large model strategies with organizational goals and communicate effectively with stakeholders 10. Maintain continuous improvement and optimization of content review practices.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above 2. Experience in leading large team management responsibilities 3. More than 4 years of audit model strategy experience, e-commerce or market platform experience is preferred 4. Experience in driving organizational transformation through efficiency and automation benefits 5. Experience in implementing advanced machine learning models and data-driven strategies, and a deep understanding of AI, machine learning and data science concepts 6. Ability to develop and execute audit model enhancement strategies 7. Committed to being at the forefront of AI and audit technology and applying cutting-edge research to improve audit models 8. Ability to cultivate a collaborative and innovative team culture 9. Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey ideas of high complexity 10. Strong analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making 11. A results-oriented approach to achieving strategic audit model goals 12. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
