Home Network Engineer

Position Overview:

We are looking for experienced Home Network Engineers to join our team. As a home network engineer, you will need to have an in-depth understanding of broadband line and router configuration, maintenance, and sales techniques. The successful candidate must be willing to work shifts and perform ECO tasks, be courteous , customer-oriented, and be able to Work under pressure.

Main Responsibilities: < /span>

. Install and repair broadband lines and routers < /span>

. Solving broadband line and router problems

.Sell additional products and services to customers

. adopt shift work and ECO

. Ability to work independently and in a team

. Learn about the latest broadband technology < /p>

. Ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues in difficult and stressful situations

. Be proactive and put results first

Qualification:

. Graduate from a technical institution in computer science, electrical engineering or related fields, or have equivalent work experience

. 3 More than 3 years of experience in broadband line opening and maintenance

. Have relevant experience in selling products and services

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

. Those with CCNA or equivalent certification will be given priority < /span>

. Have experience in fiber optic technology

Summary :

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of broadband line and router provisioning, maintenance, and upselling techniques. The successful candidate must be willing to take shift duty and ECO, and must be polite, customer-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities :

• Install, maintain, and repair broadband lines and routers
• Troubleshoot and resolve broadband line and router issues
• Identify upsell opportunity and upsell additional products and services to customers
• Take shift duty and ECO
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Stay up-to-date on the latest broadband technologies
• Able to work effectively with customers and colleagues in difficult and stressful situations.
• Great teammate with strong desire to success and a result-oriented mindset.

Qualifications :

• Graduate from a technical institution in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience in broadband line provisioning and maintenance
• Proven experience in upselling products and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• CCNA or equivalent certification is preferrable
• Experience with fibre optic technology
• Experience with home networking equipment
