Hospital Laboratory Technician

Job Responsibilities

1. Carry out work under the guidance of the department director and senior laboratory technicians (those with blood bank certificates are preferred)
2. Be familiar with clinical inspection, biochemistry, microbiology, immunology and other inspection techniques, and be proficient in operating various inspection instruments and equipment
3. Collect and collect inspection specimens, conscientiously implement various rules and regulations and technical operating procedures, check the inspection results at any time, and strictly prevent errors and accidents
4. Be proficient in computer operation, independently complete various contents of common clinical inspections, and be able to make correct inspection conclusions
5. Carry out scientific research and technological innovation, improve inspection methods, continuously carry out new projects, and improve inspection quality
6. Carry out quality control work for this profession
7. Do a good job in disinfection and isolation to prevent cross infection.

Qualifications

Education: College or technical school
Work experience:
More than 5 years of work experience in medical and technical positions in third-level or above hospitals
Required major: Medical laboratory
Job requirements:
1. Possess a professional qualification certificate for laboratory technicians or above
2. More than 5 years of laboratory work experience
3. Good affinity, service awareness and teamwork spirit
4. Strong sense of responsibility, good service awareness and good communication skills
5. Experience in obstetrics and gynecology hospitals is preferred
Language requirements: Ability to speak simple English.
