Our client, a sizable bank in Hong Kong, is now looking for the high calibre candidates for their position of Insurance Specialist and Customer Service, Insurance (Wealth Select Centre)
Senior / Insurance Specialist (30-55K) Responsibilities:
- Manage individual insurance portfolio to ensure the highest rate of customer satisfaction
- Partner with Relationship Manager team to serve High Net Worth customer
- Create insurance opportunities by identifying customers wealth management needs and introduce appropriate insurance solutions
- Provide tailor-made advices and reviews to clients on a regular basis and post-sales services to clients
- Explore and develop long-term banking relationships with customers
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Bancassurance Manager
Requirements:
- University degree or above
- IIQE paper 1, 2, 3
- 3 year sales experience in Insurance of IFA industry
- Solid sales track record in developing relationships with customers
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
- Candidate with banking experience will be considered as Senior Position
Customer Service, Insurance (Wealth Select Centre) (25-33K) Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries face to face at Wealth Select centre on various insurance service
To verify client’s identity documents and all related insurance documents to ensure that all information is inerrant.
Cash / premium payment handling, operation and administrative support to the team as assigned
Requirements:
- University / College graduate
- 3 years customer service experience in Insurance, IFA or banking industry
- Experience in serving High Net Worth customer is an advantages
- IIQE paper 1, 2, 3 & 5
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
