Intellectual property risk control operations- International e-commerce

Responsibilities

1. Use data analysis to drive the full-link risk assessment of international e-commerce business, covering business links such as entry, new launch, payment testing, daily operations, and major promotions, as well as merchants, products, brands, categories, experts, and content and other governance granularity. Based on data analysis conclusions and business sense, design a full-link governance system suitable for self-operated/fully managed/POP business models, and design customization based on actual risks in business links such as entry, new launch, payment testing, daily operations, and big promotions. Develop a standardized governance plan, and coordinate horizontally with internal teams to ensure the smooth implementation of the governance plan and obtain IPR risk governance results 2. Based on a deep understanding of self-operated/fully managed/POP business models and intellectual property rights, design and utilize a A series of qualitative and quantitative methods monitor and guarantee the governance experience of the business team to ensure that risk management serves business development 3. By building a service market ecosystem, introducing external agencies, law firms and other third-party business service institutions to provide a one-stop for international e-commerce Professional intellectual property services service content includes but is not limited to investment and appeal platforms, overseas intellectual property registration, TRO settlement and response, and user fake goods somatosensory agency operation and optimization services thereby enhancing the knowledge of international e-commerce merchants Product user satisfaction 4. Find risk control loopholes based on data analysis and feature mining, effectively lead the algorithm team to build a risk control model adapted to the international e-commerce IPR governance system, and provide effective risk identification through the strategy + model approach Capability 5. Using BRD and PRD as the starting point, lead the product team to build the risk control product infrastructure required for the IPR governance system, and ensure the timely and quality implementation of products through effective project management.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, statistics, law and other majors are preferred, English can be used as a working language 2. 3 years and above Experience in platform governance, a deep understanding of governance business and intellectual property rights, familiarity with the characteristics of each aspect of the life cycle of merchants/experts under the self-use/fully managed model, and the ability to identify and solve problems 3.
