Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the service process and service product optimization of overseas warehouse merchants and consumers, and improve the service satisfaction of merchants and consumers 2. Responsible for the service process, rules and product optimization of overseas warehouse merchants for non-transaction order issues such as inventory entry and outbound delivery 3. Analyze the core pain points of merchants and consumers in the process of using the service, output experience insight analysis reports, and promote the optimization of related teams 4. Design corresponding service plans and consumer rights for projects to improve consumer satisfaction.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably overseas warehouse, export e-commerce logistics or logistics service experience operation related experience 2. Strong data analysis ability, can understand customer experience pain points through data analysis, and promote business problem solving through product operations and other means 3. Quick learning ability, strong sense of responsibility and communication and coordination skills 4. High English level, good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, overseas study or work experience is preferred.
