Responsibilities

1. System Construction: Responsible for the construction and maintenance of the service provider management system, and promote the implementation to ensure implementation responsible for the management of the entire life cycle of the service provider, including the admission, regular evaluation and replacement of service providers 3. Service Provider Evaluation: Establish a grade classification and audit mechanism for service providers, organize all parties to review the service provider management system (cost, timeliness, accuracy, quality, etc.), and fine-tune the management of service providers and continuously optimize them 3. Business collaboration: Work closely with the business department to understand the business's needs for service provider management and formulate relevant work plans establish an internal closed-loop communication mechanism, organize and coordinate direct communication with upstream and downstream & horizontal collaboration parties, and solve problems and challenges in service provider management 4. Continuous improvement: Submit service provider management reports regularly to confirm whether the service provider's performance meets the company's requirements & whether relevant abnormal conditions have timely introduced effective improvement measures, and monitor the improvement process to ensure the implementation of improvement measures and form a feedback closed loop.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, logistics, procurement or related majors are preferred 2. Have experience in service provider management and system building, experience in service provider management related work in medium and large enterprises or experience in process combing and promotion is preferred, and experience from 0 to 1 is preferred 3. Proficient in various service provider management methods and tools, understand cross-border logistics supply chain processes, and understand the development trends and policies of domestic and foreign logistics markets 4. Good communication and coordination skills, teamwork spirit, strong sense of responsibility, strong risk awareness and problem analysis and problem solving skills.
