Job Description - International e-commerce governance and business Customer Service

Responsibilities

1. Supervise large-scale language model and tag operation teams to improve review efficiency and model accuracy 2. Use the capabilities of advanced language models to enhance content review, and use large-scale models to quickly and accurately identify potential risk factors 3. Enable large models to autonomously handle routine review tasks, reducing the need for manual intervention 4. Simplify the decision-making process by utilizing large models, especially for complex tasks 5. Promote collaboration between domain experts and large models, combining experts Judgment to continuously improve model performance and accuracy 6. Promote content moderation innovation by keeping up with emerging AI and moderation technologies 7. Define and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of large models in content moderation 8. Utilize Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improve review strategies 9. Work with cross-functional teams to align large model strategies with organizational goals and communicate effectively with stakeholders 10. Maintain ongoing focus on content review practices Improvements and optimizations.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above 2. Experience in leading large-scale team management responsibilities 3. More than 4 years of review model strategy Experience, e-commerce or market platform experience is preferred 4. Experience in driving organizational transformation through efficiency and automation gains 5. Experience in implementing advanced machine learning models and data-driven strategies, with a deep understanding of AI, machine learning and data science concepts 6. Have the ability to develop and execute audit model enhancement strategies 7. Commit to being at the forefront of AI and audit technology and apply cutting-edge research to improve audit models 8. Have the ability to cultivate a collaborative and innovative team culture 9. Excellent Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex ideas 10. Strong analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making 11. A results-oriented approach to achieve strategic review model goals 12. Excellent written and spoken English Communication skills.
