Responsibilities
1. Develop and standardize training strategies, standardize training frameworks and learning courses to improve the skill level of customer service personnel and ensure user experience 2. Identify and prioritize business-related learning needs and allocate corresponding budgets resources, and regularly review and adjust training plans to ensure consistency with regional goals 3. Effectively and proactively manage training projects involving the entire project life cycle 4. Serve as a consultant, provide consultation to customer service personnel, and effectively guide them in Carry out training in relevant professional fields 5. Ensure that team members are familiar with pre-release products within the scope of their training responsibilities in order to effectively train trainers from outsourced suppliers 6. Analyze the effectiveness of training and make suggestions that can increase return on investment 7. Ensure the organization understands training-related priorities, plans and progress and is accountable for attendance, knowledge transfer, knowledge measurement and course evaluation 8. Collect, prioritize and approve new and non-strategic critical learning on a fiscal year basis Requirements 9. Allocate appropriate budget to meet unexpected learning preparation needs, such as tools, security and other business elements critical to the service and experience, and reserve budget for unplanned needs 10. Identify and approve relevant training needs solutions and system requirements.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above 2. About 4 years of training-related work experience 3. Excellent problem-solving ability , able to work in a diverse, fast-paced environment, and have previous experience preparing for analysis (i.e. proficient in using Excel, and able to build/analyze data dashboards) 4. Excellent written and oral communication skills, able to coordinate internally processes and projects with external stakeholders 5. Demonstrated project management experience and understanding of the specifics of cross-functional and cross-geographic project coordination 6. Demonstrated experience working with remote management and/or virtual teams to form a global collaboration A training team 7. Fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing in English and can use it as a working language 8. Applicants with e-commerce related work experience will be given priority.
