Responsibilities
1. Strategy and SOP: Have an in-depth understanding of global international transaction compliance and cross-border customs compliance at customs ports around the world, formulate international transaction and customs operation strategies and SOPs for core countries, and be responsible for international transactions and customs compliance involving the company 2. Daily operations: work closely with global cross-border logistics, taxation law, corporate internal control compliance and external partners, be responsible for daily international transaction compliance and customs operations, and actively solve abnormal customs ToB and ToC entry and exit areas 3. Resource and solution introduction: be responsible for the introduction of relevant resources and in-process and post-process management 4. System and data: be responsible for the construction of system and data capabilities for customs compliance 5. Relationship management: expand, establish and maintain a good relationship between the company and customs and other regulatory departments, and promote government-enterprise cooperation and establishment.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above in international trade, customs international affairs, international logistics, logistics and customs clearance supervision and other related majors, familiar with and have practiced the global bulk and cross-border e-commerce customs special supervision business model 2. Familiar with international transactions, foreign exchange management, customs operations, global cross-border transactions and customs operations and tax policies for general goods and sensitive goods, and have experience in international transactions and customs operations in China's global exports and non-China regions 3. Good communication skills, problem-solving skills, results orientation, and data orientation. Ability to handle affairs independently and cooperate across departments 4. Proficient in English, which can be used as working language 5. Able to accept irregular global business trips.
