IT Service Delivery Manager

About Your Role:

• Develop and implement proactive IT monitoring strategies to ensure the smooth operation of our customers' IT systems
• Design and maintain monitoring systems to identify and address potential issues before they impact business operations
• Analyze monitoring data to identify trends, patterns, and potential areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement service menu tailored to meet customer needs and business expansion
• Lead a team of IT professionals in monitoring and maintaining the health and performance of customer IT environments
• Provide technical guidance and support to customers, ensuring their IT systems are optimized and delivering maximum value
• Monitor the performance of the service providers according to business requirements and ensure their performance meets the SLA
• Offer advice on operability of products and/or services portfolio

Does it sound like you?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience in providing proactive IT monitoring services in a managerial or leadership role
• Strong technical background with knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and networks
• Proficiency and certifications in ITIL, Zabbix, NCAP, Azure or CompTIA Security+ is an advantage
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
