IT Service Specialist

About Your Role:

• Perform proactive monitoring of customer IT systems to identify and address potential issues before they impact business operations
• Utilize monitoring tools and technologies to track system performance, network connectivity, and application responsiveness
• Analyze monitoring data to identify trends, patterns, and potential areas for improvement
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, coordinating with relevant teams for prompt resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement proactive monitoring solutions tailored to meet customer needs
• Provide technical guidance and support to customers, ensuring their IT systems are optimized and delivering maximum value
• Assist in documenting monitoring processes, troubleshooting procedures, and best practices
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT monitoring

Does it sound like you?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in IT monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident response
• Strong technical background with knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and networks
• Relevant certifications (e.g. ITIL, Zabbix, NCAP, Azure, CompTIA Security+ etc) are a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
