Job Description - Japanese Customer Service Expert-Lark

Responsibilities

【About our position】 1. As a Japanese Customer Service Expert, you will be Lark's representative in the Japanese market and become a bridge for us to communicate with customers, helping users solve problems encountered during product use in real time. You will have a deep understanding of the user's business scenarios during the service process, and transform them into user demand insights and effective sales leads, helping Lark to continuously explore and iterate in the process of product solutions and overseas commercialization 2. At the same time, in order to better improve the Lark service system, you will also work closely with customer service-related functional teams, help technical service and R&D teams define product failure issues and promote solutions, feed back to product and content teams to improve product demand iterations and help guides, assist the team to establish higher service quality and more efficient workflows, and grow together with the organization.
