Job Description - Japanese Customer Success Manager-Fei Book overseas version

Responsibilities

[About our position] As a digital customer success manager for overseas markets, you will: 1. Serve as Feishu's representative in overseas markets and become a bridge for us to communicate with customers, combining large-scale service methods (video conferencing, etc. ) and the company's own demands, efficiently and specifically help users start from the first day of using Feishu, and continuously deepen their understanding of Feishu's product application depth and value 2. In-depth understanding of the business scenarios proposed by customers during the service process, and Precipitate standardized service solutions to help improve the Feishu service system 3. Work closely with customer service-related functional teams to discover effective sales leads, help the technical service and R&D teams define product problems and promote solutions, and feedback to the product and content teams to improve products Demand iterations and help guides, constantly explore and iterate the overseas commercialization process, assist the team in establishing higher service quality, more efficient work processes, and grow together with the organization.
