• Japanese company
• Logistics service provider with 80-100 staff in Hong Kong office
• We are looking for Japanese speaking HR & Admin Officer - with details as follows :

The Job :

• Work in HR & Admin team of 4 members 
• Report to HR & Admin Manager
• Participate in daily HR & administrative role
• Participate in recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits administration
• Participate in the implementation and running of the HR system
• Handle office administration tasks such as ordering supplies, document management
• Support/Coordinate company events and staff activities
• Assist in work vis application for Japanese staff
• Perform other ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned
• Tertiary education
• Over 2-3 years experience in human resources or administrative role
• Well versed in HK employment Ordinances and related legislation
• Japanese Language Proficiency Test : Level N2 or equivalent
• Experience in Japanese companies is highly prefer
• No trips is required
• Annual leave : 14 days
