Job Description - Key Account Sales Manager, Manufacturing Industry

Responsibilities

Team Introduction: Feishu's commercialization team (Go to Market) is responsible for promoting Feishu's advanced products and services to the Chinese and international markets. By formulating precise business strategies, conducting cross-circle marketing, and deeply understanding the trends and characteristics of different industries, Feishu's ideas and values are conveyed to corporate customers in different industries and business cooperation is achieved, helping customers to increase the depth and breadth of use, and ultimately making Feishu the first choice for advanced companies in all walks of life and continuously assisting corporate organizational upgrades. Feishu officially launched commercialization in 2019. At present, commercialization teams have been established in China, Singapore, the United States, Japan and other countries and regions, and the journey of improving creativity and efficiency for organizations and individuals in all walks of life around the world has begun. 1. Responsible for Feishu's research and analysis of discrete manufacturing, process industry, automotive OEMs, consumer electronics and related upstream and downstream sub-industries, forming customer lists and sales strategies, participating in industry strategy and commercialization planning, and participating in the construction of industry solutions 2. Develop and follow up key industry customers, understand customer needs, track and visit potential industry customers, promote signing orders, and deeply collaborate with pre-sales/customer success/implementation and delivery/production R&D departments to iterate industry solutions 3. Develop sales plans according to goals, plan industry customer sales strategies, and adjust them in time according to market changes to complete the sales targets issued by the company 4. Maintain good relations with customers, ecological partners, industry experts, etc. in the industry, coordinate the internal and external operations of the company, ensure the satisfaction of all parties, and enhance the company's brand image in related industries.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, familiar with SaaS/software/solutions/cloud computing/big data/marketing technology and other products and have in-depth understanding, and have experience in sales to industry enterprise-level customers 2. Familiar with the value chain, industry trends, customer pain points, IT systems and digital construction trends in related industries such as consumer electronics, discrete manufacturing (robots, electrical equipment, high-end equipment, transportation equipment, etc.), chemical and new materials process manufacturing, etc. 3. Have experience in establishing high-level customer relationships and excellent internal and external communication and coordination skills 4. Have a certain degree of data sensitivity and industry analysis ability, and can independently produce industry analysis and strategic insights 5. Have strong logical thinking ability, can independently produce industry solutions, and complete the explanation.
