Logistic Planner-Outbound

Job Responsibilities

.Services to global sales company and external customers
.Feedback order delivery status and update order confirmation according to production planning.
.Issue delivery note to warehouse, coordinate shipment with warehouse.
.Arrange export delivery, provide shipping documents, and coordinate shipment with import/export dept.
.Data quality of Master data in SAP.
.Issue purchase order, follow up confirmation, delivery as well as payment.
.Contact with forwarder and import dept. for shipment and Customs Clearance
.Provide materials forecast to suppliers.
.Problem solving related to customer service, production planning, supplier management.
.Inventory management
.Optimize Logistics SAP and physical flow for sales, procurement, production plan.

Background & Skills

.Bachelor's degree or above
.3+ years of experience in supply Chain (related to outbound planning, production planning, materials planning)
.Fluent English language skills
.Computer skill: SAP, Excel, Words
.Good communication skill
.Continue improvement mindset
