Job Description - Logistics and Customs Planning

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the demand collection, function planning, implementation and operation of the internal logistics and customs business of the enterprise
2. According to the company's strategic planning and business department needs, responsible for the analysis of enterprise user needs, including: external market research, business needs analysis, and full life cycle management
3. Based on the logistics and customs related systems, carry out system function design, prototype design, process combing and other work
4. Collaborate with the IT department to promote system development, control the progress of demand development and online delivery, and ensure the implementation of the plan
5. Conduct industry information benchmarking and cutting-edge technology application analysis to promote the improvement of the digital level in the field of internal logistics and customs of the enterprise.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree
Work experience:
1. Proficient in supply chain business, familiar with the end-to-end business process of production, supply and marketing collaboration, and have more than five years of work experience
2. Experience in third-party logistics management, or experience in the implementation and operation of digital products for production, supply and marketing collaborative planning business (sales planning, material requirement planning, customer delivery, etc.) is preferred.
3. Have relevant project PM or PL experience, familiar with SAPERP (HANA) system, and have PMP certificate is preferred.
Required majors: Computer, electronic information, automation, logistics management are preferred
Other requirements: 1. Have good cross-team cooperation and organizational coordination skills, strong text organization skills, language expression skills and self-driving ability
2. Deep business thinking and insight, good logical thinking ability, excellent problem analysis and solving ability, and the ability to design abstract solutions based on complex business scenarios
3. Have relevant project PM or PL experience and have a strong sense of responsibility.
Language requirements: CET-4 or equivalent.
