Logistics & Client Service Manager

We manage assignments from entry level to Senior Executive level on an interim, contract and permanent basis.

We are hiring Logistics & Client Service Manager (35-45K x 12+ Quarterly Comm)for our client.

Responsibilities:

• Create new plans and strategies to drive logistics business volume from merchants
• Monitor and achieve the monthly and quarterly logistics KPI, analyze
• Identify potential accounts and new business opportunities
• Collect every feedback on logistics from accounts
• Gather extensive knowledge of e-commerce and different logistics solutions among various merchants
• Manage daily logistics matters to ensure smooth delivery progress and experience to merchants and their consumers
• Evaluate the effectiveness of working relationships with logistics partners, internal parties and merchants, and always look for ways to improve
• Build and maintain a solid business relationship with domestic customers which includes client visits and relationship management

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Supply Chain, Logistics or any relevant disciplines
• Minimum 7 years relevant experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, e-commerce, and with 2 years in management level
• 3PL/4PL and outbound experience is required
• Experience in customer service / account management / courier service operations / warehouse operations would be an advantage
• Good judgment and interpersonal communication skill
• Proficient in both written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
