Logistics Coordinator

Job Description:

• Provide clerical support to warehousing operation team such as Inbound & Outbound record / System Transaction;
• Closely communicate with both internal and external parties to ensure a smooth operation;
• Ensure all the inventory data are inputted accurately;
• Perform cost submissions, invoicing, and file completion for accurate accounts closing;
• Analyze daily operational reports, maintain records for analysis, and propose actionable improvements;
• Work closely with trucking companies to streamline the transportation of shipments;
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or above;
• 1 - 2 years of experience in operations / customer service in the logistics sector;
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
• Hands on Excel skills to process data, such as formula;
• Excellent command in written & spoken English and Mandarin;
• Immediate available is preferred;
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Logistics Supervisor.
