LUXURY Travel Consultant/Senior Travel Consultant/Manager

Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to determine their travel needs, preferences, and budget.
• Design customized travel itineraries that include luxury accommodations, transportation, activities, and dining options.
• Research and stay up-to-date on the latest luxury travel trends and destinations.
• Negotiate with hotels, resorts, and tour operators to secure the best possible rates and amenities for clients.
• Communicate with clients throughout the planning process to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support before, during, and after clients' travel experiences.
• Maintain detailed records of client preferences, travel history, and feedback to improve future travel experiences.
• Liaise with different departments to develop solutions that aligned with business goal and execute company plan.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder in Travel or Tourism or equivalent.
• Serandipians & Virtuoso travel advisors highly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury travel planning and sales.
• Strong knowledge of luxury travel trends, destinations, agents and suppliers.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Sound knowledge of GDS reservation systems such as Amadeus is preferred.
• Must be digital savvy and good with web applications and computers.

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Travel Consultant/Manager .
