Maintenance Officer / Technical Assistant (Building Services) Responsibilities

 

• Assist the site management to implement and maintain all safety systems and policies
• Handle general administrative tasks of building
• Participate in project works, fitting out works and building maintenance

Requirements

 

• Diploma or Higher Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engieering, Building Services Engieering or equivalent
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Good skill in communication
• Knowledge with auto-CAD is preferred
