Marketing Manager - Customer Value Management

Our client is a sizable listed telecom company with good benefits is urgently looking for the following positions : Position : Marketing Manager (Customer Value Management) CVM / Analyst Salary : Negotiable (Deps on experience)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Communications, Quantitative Analysis, Marketing, Data Analysis or related disciplines
• At least 8 yrs relevant working experience with at least 2 yrs or abv supervisory or managerial level is a must
• Gained in Telecom, banking or insurance products is highly preferable 
• Proficient skills of customer segmentation and data analysis is an advantage
• Strong in numerical sense, detail-oriented and self-motivated 
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize the tasks.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Good command of spoken & written in English & Chinese including Mandarin 

Responsibilities :

• Lead a team, drive and perform Customer Value Management.
• Oversee Broadband business and in-charge of customer experience & insights management.
• Formulate multi-segment retention plan by identifying valuable segments to increase re-contract ratio for existing customers & reduce churn rate.
• Develop product strategy for, consider market trends, customers’ needs and business position to achieve acquisition and retention goal.
