Merchant Service Staff Training & Management

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the large-scale management of the selection, training, employment and retention of merchant service personnel to support business development needs at different stages
2. Formulate service management specifications, build front-line on-site management dashboards, and rationally allocate manpower (daily and peak periods) , to achieve efficient front-line operations
3. Build a training system, identify management and front-line training needs, formulate training plans, follow up the full cycle of training projects and continuously upgrade and optimize
4. Joint product and process management , quality management and other teams, continue to optimize the system tools and process construction of service personnel, and are responsible for the overall human efficiency of the team.

Qualifications

More than 1.3 years of experience in large customer service team/sales management, e-commerce experience is preferred
2. Have excellent communication and collaboration skills, strong project management skills and ability to implement Cross-departmental business promotion, with strong results delivery and process management capabilities
3. Clear logic, strong business understanding, and the ability to quickly learn business product systems.
