Moderation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Safeguarding our client’s brand reputation on social media by managing daily customer engagement on our client's social media platforms (e.g. Facebook page)
• Provide professional customer services on online platforms
• Interact with our client's social media fans (Facebook and other social media platforms) and answer fans’ inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Provide campaign support and communicate with different business units
• Prepare and produce regular reports on the performance of the Client’s social media platforms
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above
• Candidates with 1 year of experience in customer service or call centres will be given priority 
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Experience in handling social media platforms is an advantage
• Native Cantonese Speake r and excellent command of written Chinese (including Simplified Chinese) and English
• Patient, detail-minded, responsible, willing to listen and proactively help our clients’ fans
• Possess an outgoing personality with an analytical mind
• Able to handle multiple projects & ad hoc tasks simultaneously while managing communities in a very timely and professional manner
• Enjoy working with our young and professional social media team to deliver service excellence and lead the market
• Immediate available is highly preferred
