Responsibilities
- Safeguarding our client’s brand reputation on social media by managing daily customer engagement on our client's social media platforms (e.g. Facebook page)
- Provide professional customer services on online platforms
- Interact with our client's social media fans (Facebook and other social media platforms) and answer fans’ inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide campaign support and communicate with different business units
- Prepare and produce regular reports on the performance of the Client’s social media platforms
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above
- Candidates with 1 year of experience in customer service or call centres will be given priority
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Experience in handling social media platforms is an advantage
- Native Cantonese Speake r and excellent command of written Chinese (including Simplified Chinese) and English
- Patient, detail-minded, responsible, willing to listen and proactively help our clients’ fans
- Possess an outgoing personality with an analytical mind
- Able to handle multiple projects & ad hoc tasks simultaneously while managing communities in a very timely and professional manner
- Enjoy working with our young and professional social media team to deliver service excellence and lead the market
- Immediate available is highly preferred
