Job Description - Nature Education Instructor

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for leading the study tour and camp natural activities, and correctly implement the various activities arranged in the itinerary
2. Responsible for the organization, implementation and teaching of students' natural course activities, explanation and interaction during the activities
3. Responsible for students' safety precautions when going out, and handle emergencies of students accompanying the team
4. Participate in the planning and design of study tour activities and courses, and collaborate in course development.

Job requirements:
1. Postgraduate degree or above, majoring in education, tourism, media, sports, psychology, agriculture (with a background of studying in Japan or Finland)
2. 3-5 years of experience as a tutor in the camp education industry and study tour industry is preferred, and those with experience as a natural tutor are preferred
3. Excellent language expression ability, good at handling the relationship between students and teachers, love children, be patient, have affinity, and have good communication, coordination and teamwork skills
4. Those with relevant experience in outdoor development, outdoor coaching, parent-child activities, educational activities, training, etc. are preferred.
5. Can lead customers to explain the flora and fauna of the camp, and have certain insights into the camp ecology
