Responsibilities
1. Deeply understand the business rules of vertical fields, undertake the algorithm research and development of intelligent customer service and question-and-answer systems, and conduct user reception and information collection efficiently around the clock 2. Follow up on cutting-edge algorithms in the industry, explore technologies such as NLP/LLM large models, and achieve application implementation in combination with business scenarios 3. Responsible for optimizing the fine-tuning of the LLM generative large model in the scenario, so that it can communicate with users in a more natural, accurate, friendly and controllable way 4. Explore the combination of LLM with external data such as documents and databases, and explore goal-oriented model paradigms.
Qualifications
1. Master degree or above, solid foundation in NLP algorithms, more than 2 years of NLP related experience, in-depth understanding and practice of LLM large models, question-answering systems, semantic understanding, text classification, similarity matching, etc. 2. Proficient in using open source deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow/PyTorch, and have practical experience in deep learning training, model tuning, and reasoning acceleration 3. Familiar with the Linux development environment, proficient in at least one programming language such as Python/C++/Java/Go 4. Have the ability to analyze, define and solve problems independently, and have excellent understanding and communication skills 5. Those who have published papers in top NLP fields such as ACL and EMNLP or have experience in implementing large models in business scenarios are preferred.
