Office Administrator / Customer Service Analyst

Wiseman Education is looking for a Office Administrator / Customer Service Analyst

Job Responsibilities

 

• Handle customer service hotline calls
• Develop and implement initiatives to improve customer services and handle day-to-day enquiries
• Assist in client activities including cold calls and prepare sales kit
• Provide daily operational and administrative support 
• Conduct and review product stocks and report

 

Job Requirements:

 

• Diploma or above, preferably in sales or a relevant field
• 1-2 years of preferred experience in a related role
• Proficient in both Chinese and English languages
• Basic computer skills
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities
