Operations Assistant

Citybus is a market leading operator of public transport services operating over 1500 buses and employing over 5000 colleagues across our organization to serve the community. The role:

• Assist in preparation in notice, letters, reports and provide routine clerical support to the Department
• Perform any other clerical duties as assigned by supervisors
• Perform duty during special events
• Liaise with external parties

Skills and attributes:

• HKCEE/HKDSE or above
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience
• Familiar with Hong Kong’s transportation network
• Good communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
