Operations Manager

Responsibilities : 

• Process optimization, operation plan, resource input, on-site management, quality improvement and cost control;
• Promote standardization; coordinate consumables, tools and assets;
• Responsible for the preparation process and operation switching support of Distribution Hub;
• Responsible for outsourcing management (unit price calculation, supplier support, supplier assessment, outsourcing resource input support, outsourcing operation specification inspection);
• Manage and control frontline operating standards, 6S management, formulate and promote workflow guidelines and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• Degree in engineering, logistics, project management or related disciplines;
• 4-5 years working experience in logistics and express industry is preferred;
• Familiar with operations management requirements and standardized operations, able to implement various processes according to the needs of various departments;
• Basic knowledge of the operating equipment;
• Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills;
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint), Chinese word Processing and other software such as drawing software.
