Responsibilities

Able to gain insight into the needs and pain points of users, business and agents based on user voices and data mining, and collaborate with the team to solve problems and obtain results. Improve efficiency & experience 3. Develop a collaborative mechanism to ensure efficient operation of upstream and downstream organizations and internal operations 4. Guide and help team members grow and build a highly competitive product team.
Qualifications
1. More than 5 years of experience in Internet products, experience in customer service products or e-commerce business products is preferred, e-commerce experience is the most Excellent 2.
