• We are an Independent service provider for enterprise systems support services specializing in hardware maintenance services; as well as providing enterprise solutions and services covering system integration services, operating system services, managed IT services and professional services covering all major OEM brands from industry-leading vendors.

• We are looking for  Project Manager  - with details as follows :

 

The Job :

• Lead Project Team of 3 members
• Report to Head of Project Management 
• Responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects in Hong Kong
• Coordinate with different teams, stakeholders, and resources to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Your role will involve planning, executing, and evaluating project progress while effectively communicating with all involved parties to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Lead and perform project planning, project executive, risk management, quality assurance & technical support
• Monitor project risks throughout the project lifecycle and address issues promptly;
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications;
• Provide regular project status updates through reports, meetings, and presentations.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements;
• Monitor project status, budget adherence, and risk exposure, and take corrective actions as needed;
• Provide technical support to end-users regarding hardware-related issues;
• Assist users in configuring hardware devices and peripherals;
• Offer guidance and recommendations for hardware upgrades or replacements.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience);
• Proven experience as a project manager, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget;
• Proficiency in project management tools and software;
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Proven experience in hardware troubleshooting and repair;
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of hardware diagnostics tools.
