Job Duties:
- ▪Implements standardized, operational procedures within a given work plan to achieve specified and clearly targets.
- ▪ Receives plans and organizes given resources accordingly to ensure that work is carried out efficiently.
- ▪ Makes appropriate contingency plans to manage delivery safely and effectively in challenging circumstances.
- ▪ Responsible for exam operations adhering to strict standards of all exam requirements (e.g.: exam board requirements and standard)
- ▪ Ensure that reporting line fully understands compliant requirements, Analysis & reporting
- ▪ Support cluster resource team in managing the performance and retainment of Exam venue staff.
- ▪ Ownership and accountability to operational costs associated
- ▪ Adapts work plans where necessary to meet customer expectations.
- ▪ Operates and runs regular reports on financial processes to enable effective budget and resource management.
- ▪Obtaining satisfactory and timely resolution of customer (internal or external) operational complaints and issues, coordinating from other colleagues/departments as required.
Job Requirements
- University degree or above.
- With at least 7-10 years’ working experience, preferably with sizable organisations, in any of the following areas: exhibition/event organisation, project management or public/corporate relations etc.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua; knowledge of good English an advantage
- A strong team player with excellent organisational, problem solving, customer services and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and outgoing with good project planning ability
- Innovative, flexible and be able to deliver under time and resource pressure.
- Knowledge of Event/Project/Exam services sectors an added advantage.
- High accuracy and detail oriented are a must as exams are involved
- This role may require working test days which will involve weekend work as part of the contracted hours
