Project Sales Engineer

• Key customers : government departments, public utilities, airport....etc
• Hong Kong : sales office for Hong Kong and Macau market
• We are looking for Project Sales Engineer  - with details as follows :

The Job : 

• Report to Sales Director
• Job summary : key customer relationship management + project management
• Job purpose : support the Sales Director to implement the long-term strategy; focus in key customer relationship management and project management
• To cooperate with technical support engineer / factories for the quotation/ tender, proposal and goods delivery
• To keep the good relationship with customers, specially defined key customers/ key projects.
• To visit customers regularly for understanding customer’s requirements/ need.
• To build the long-term strategy relationship with customers.
• To support company to meet HK & Macau business strategy.
• To handle customer’s complaint and provide solution (customer satisfaction).
• To coordinate with the agent / distributor for business achievement if need.
• Degree in Mechanical engineering, Building Service ..... or related subject
• 2+ years experience in sales/project management/customer interaction in mechanical products / building service products / building & construction sector, or equivalent
• Knowledge in pump and valve business is a big plus
• Proficient in English & Cantonese
• Overseas travel may be required for in house training or meeting
• 5 days work
• Annual leave : 15 (1st yr) to 20 days (max)
• 13 months salary + performance bonus
