Property Manager

We are a leading leasing and building management company located in Wanchai and now seeking for a high caliber candidate to expand our business

Responsibilities:

• Perform coordination and monitoring role on outsourced professional property management firms for major part of Hong Kong portfolios and direct management role for the rest of the Hong Kong portfolios in head quarter level to comply with company values and policies and provide full range of services up to Company’s standard
• To coordinate with internal sections/departments to align with corporate directions
• Provide periodical reporting in company internal system and presentation to senior management
• To prepare budgets, cost control, manpower planning and regular reports
• To handle the emergencies of the property, attending IO/OC meetings and perform ad hoc duties as required
• Periodically Review Standard Operating Procedures included but not limited to Operational Manual and Working Instructions related to property management aspects

Requirements

• Degree holder in Property Management or related disciplines and possess MCIH or equivalent qualification
• At least 10 years relevant work experience, of which 5 years at managerial level
• Experience in managing portfolio of commercial, retail and residential properties
• Holder of PMP (Tier 1) License and well versed in Building Management Ordinance (BMO)
• Experience in handling complaints, monitoring contractors’ performance, procurement, customer service quality control, variance explanation/budget control
• A team player with strong leadership skills and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Proficiency in writing, reading and presentation skills in PowerPoint
• Candidates with lower qualification / less experience will be considered as Assistant Property Manager
