Receptionist / Admission Services Officer

Canossa Hospital was founded by the Canossian Daughters of Charity in 1929. All along, the Hospital has had a mission focusing on quality holistic care to the community, in the spirit of Christ.

Since 1929, the Hospital has expanded from 16 beds to the present 148 beds. The Hospital provides services for in-patients, out-patients and ambulatory patients. It cares not only for the physical needs of the patients but also for their spiritual needs. We are looking for qualified candidates to fill the following position:

Responsibilities:

• Perform reception and admission duties
• Handle pre and on-site bookings for customers
• Deliver professional service experience at the front desk
• Proactively greet guests in the lobby area, identify and fulfill guests’ needs appropriately
• Provide customers with information by explaining hospital admission policies, and answering inquires
• Manage customers' feedback and inquiries

 Requirement:

• HKDSEE/ HKCEE or above
• At least 2 years relevant experience, preferably in hospitality or healthcare industry
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Proficiency in using Microsoft applications including Excel and English & Chinese Word Processing
• Pleasant with good customer service & interpersonal skills
• Shift duty is required and prefer long night duty would be an advantage
