Recruitment Specialist

Responsibilities

1. Undertake recruitment needs, understand business and talent portraits, grasp recruitment needs, and search for matching talents for the team with high quality and efficiency 2. Follow up on the intentions and basic information of candidates, and coordinate and promote the interview process 3. Optimize the recruitment process, including but not limited to publishing recruitment information, resume screening, arranging interviews, recruitment data analysis, etc., to effectively improve the recruitment input-output ratio 4. Be familiar with the use of basic recruitment channels, and make comprehensive use of various recruitment channels to quickly meet the company's talent needs 5. Regularly collect and summarize market talent information, provide information input to the business from the perspective of the talent market, and provide reference for business recruitment 6. Project work and other work arranged by the department.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, 2 years or more of experience in the recruitment field, and proficiency in various recruitment tools and methods is preferred 2. English can be used as a working language 3. Excellent communication skills and independent problem-solving ability 4. Self-driven, clear goals, and result-oriented.
