Job Description - Admin Executive/ Admin Assistant

We’re on the lookout for an Admin Executive/ Admin Assistant to join our team to give our customers a good first impression of our company, as well as taking care of a team’s day-to-day admin needs.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all-round receptionist general duties
  • Provide excellent customer service standard in handling all incoming telephone calls, greeting visitors or clients in professional and polite manner
  • Provide full administrative support to the office on a daily basis
  • Responsible for basic accounting duties such as maintain, update and checking various types of expenses reports and documents
  • Responsible for petty cash management
  • Responsible for maintain a clean and nice office environment for the team
  • Manage and maintain good relationship with other service providers
  • Organise team activities and other team wellbeing activities

Capabilities

  • A wholehearted attitude to life
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in administrative support, handling and organising paperwork
  • Diploma in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Fluent spoken and written in Cantonese and English. Mandarin is a plus
  • Prior experience in helping to organising team functions or events will be advantageous
  • Proactive, outgoing, professional, extremely detail oriented, with superb organisational skills 
  • Eager to positively contribute to a healthy team work environment
