My client, a US multinational conglomerate operating in the fields of industry, work safety, healthcare, and consumer goods, who is looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle AR collection and complaints on return goods in Customer Service Team.

Duties:

• Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position and provides best practicing sharing within work group.
• Worker processes AR collection, complaint handling, invoicing and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform admin work e.g. arranging couriers
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• Typically reports to a supervisor or manager from China.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years in customer complaint / account receivable or customer management field.
• Background in accounting/ finance is a must
• Knowledge of Lexi/ SAP will be a strong plus.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
• Good communication skills; High teamwork spirit.
• Bachelor Degree in any discipline

Details:

• 4-day work from home
• mainly serve hospital clients
• 1 year contract, will extend for another year if performance is good
