Resource Management Expert

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for resource management such as external supplier access, recommendation, assessment, evaluation and replacement for content quality/customer service/data annotation and other projects 2. Follow up the implementation of outsourcing projects according to business needs, including supplier negotiations, Venue, recruitment, training, launch, safety, etc., to ensure that the project is launched on time and with high quality handle problems and accidents that arise during the project and provide resource solutions 3. Manage the overall employment of suppliers to ensure that employment is reasonable The regulations meet the requirements and the recruitment meets the standards 4. Design, maintain and iterate the overall evaluation and rights system of suppliers 5. Collaborate with the upstream and downstream departments related to the project process to promote the smooth delivery of the project.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of work experience, more than 1 year of content quality/customer service/data annotation project management or resources Management experience 2. Understand outsourced BPO management and have team management experience 3. Have good team communication and cross-department collaboration skills 4. Excellent organizational and coordination skills, result-oriented, and able to independently and properly handle various emergencies 5. Able to adapt to business travel arrangements.
