Retail Operation Manager

Responsibility:

• Oversee all shops in Hong Kong, and to supervise, train and monitor front line staff to achieve sales target and meet company standard.
• Monitor and evaluate retail team performances by analyzing data, including shop, brand and product sales, frontline manpower allocation etc.
• Generate and analyze sales reports while provide insights for management review.
• Coordinate with Shop Managers to focus on ways on continuously and improving customer services.
• Formulate sales forecast and brand levels to drive sales.
• Manage staff commission and incentive.
• Manage and control operations expense.
• Coordinate with merchandising team on managing product assortment, new arrivals, Identity market opportunities and threats
• Manage product assortment stock presentation, replenishment, allocations, price tags, price update and expiry dates monitoring.
• Coordinate with Logistics team for store related materials.
• Ensure stock level and promotional activities to be implemented in stores
• Arrange and organize stock take, review findings and take actions for improvement.

 

Requirement:

• Degree holder in Business or related disciplines
• Over 6 years in retail sales operation with at least 2-3 years at managerial level.
• Pet lover or experience in pet industry is an advantage.
• Good organizing and analytical skills.
• Responsible team player with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good people management skills and interpersonal skill.
• A good leader to build effective teams and motivate employees.
• Proficient in MS office and Excel.
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Retail Manager.
