Job Description - Sales Coordinator

The Job

  • Client: A Multi-National Electronics Distributor
  • Position: Sales Coordinator
  • Responsibilities: Providing B2B sales support to global customers through email and inbound calls. Processing sales orders; Preparing quotations and invoices; Liaise with US headquarter to ensure on-time delivery of goods; Handle and resolve complaints
  • $18-20K. 5-day. Bonus. Medical.

 

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • 1-2 years experience in sales support / customer services
  • Experience in preparing quotation and handling shipments
  • Good command of spoken and written English / Chinese (Putonghua)
  • Good communication skills
