The Company :

• We supply, install and maintenance of a wide range of building service equipment in Hong Kong
• Specialist supplier : siphonic rainwater system, HVAC equipment, air purification system..etc
• We are looking for  Sales Coordinator – with details as follows :

 

The Job :

• Provide all round support to Sales & Marketing team
• Assist in business operations on sales & marketing of building service equipment
• Orders, clients and logistics follow up until goods delivered
• Provide professional customer service, ensure total customer satisfaction 
• Monitor order status to ensure goods delivered on time 
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties for order processing
• Diploma or above
• Over 2-3 years sales coordination / order processing / customer service / logistics or related
• Experience in building service equipment is a plus, not a must
• Proficient in English & Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• No trips required
• 5 days work
