Job Description - Sales Manager (Building Materials)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand the customer base while nurturing relationships with existing clients to drive business growth on the building products (e.g. toilet cubicle system, stainless steel products, flooring etc…)
  • Execute the sales process, including proactive outreach through cold calls and warm calls, arranging formal sales meetings, delivering presentations, and conducting site visits.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities by formulating effective sales strategies for the building products.
  • Collaborate closely with the team and factory to provide tailored solutions to clients.
  • Occasional travel may be required.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the building materials industry.
  • Relevant experience and a strong network (designers, developers) in building material projects.
  • Proactively achieve sales and brand goals, generating profitable revenues, developing leads, and maintaining CRM records.
  • Confident individual with strong business acumen, social skills, and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, proactive, and an excellent team player.
  • Well-organized with good time management skills.
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Assistant Sales Manager position.
