Build and strengthen relationships with contractors, property developers, interior design, and architect companies.
Make initial contact and visits to present the company's products.
Liaise with contractors on-site and handle technical issues and complaints.
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports.
Understand business drivers and initiatives and identify value-added for the customer.
Possess both sales skills and technical knowledge to make presentations and lead customer discussions to advance the sales process.
Requirements
Over 2 years of working experience in sales & business development position.
Preferred experience with LED TV Wall/LED Transparent Curtain/Lighting Control System/ELV Project.
Familiarity with Lutron Lighting Control Solution is a plus.
Experience in selling residential lighting solutions is desirable.
Strong connections with Property Developers, Architects, Designers Contractors.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strategic, objective-focused, and good problem-solving skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently and effectively.
Able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime.
Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
Excellent rapport building skill, outgoing, presentable, friendly, and sociable.
High Diploma/Bachelor's Degree or above.
