Job Responsibilities

• Handle all sort of customers' inquiries including phone calls, whatsapp and walk-in inquires, and greeting visitors in a professional manner
• Promote and sell sleep products and diagnostic services to patients & healthcare professionals
• Assist manager in providing pre-sale and after-sales services
• Prepare quotation, sales invoice, purchase order, inventory and sales analysis through ERP software system
• Identify & maximize sales opportunities via email marketing, SMS and whatsapp promotions 
• Planning and execution of sales campaigns to boost showroom sales
• Analyze and provide solutions to solve customers' problems and improve their satisfaction in a continuous basis
• Product catalogue design & production, Google ads, Website maintenance, SEM & SEO

 Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Advertising
• Minimum 3 years experience in marketing or sales & promotion
• Presentable, strong sales and communication skills
• Good analytical skill, creative and highly proactive
• Fluent in Cantonese and English, Mandarin preferred
• Knowledge in video production and drawing & publishing software will be and advantage 
• Working hours: Tue to Sat 10:30-19:00
