Job Description - Sales Support Executive

Qualifications & experience

  • Minimum 2 year logistic industry experience
  • Account management and customer service experience preferrable
  • Postal and commercial distribution background with knowledge of e-commerce market place and air freight preferrable
  • Data proficiency including excel. Business analysis and proposal proficiency
  • A recognized university degree
  • Good problem solving and effective communication skills. Willing to work as team and service mindset
  • Process driven and result oriented.
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
  • Willing to travel with expected frequencies to different cities of China or any other countries if needed
  • Immediate availability is preferable

 

 

 

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Maintain and provide customer support to assigned major accounts for business development and sales process
  • Assist in hunting new customers and preparing for proposal of rates and services
  • Support preparation of contracts and update changes
  • Identify and qualify customer needs and requirement
  • Provide business solution to explore new business opportunities by working with Business Development Managers
  • Conduct customer profile analysis and prepare monthly performance reports
  • Implement SOP for new customers to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer escalations, issues and manage exceptions
  • Organise sales tool box and sales systems
  • Communicate and update meetings with local and NL teams
