We are looking for a NOC Engineer to join our client's fast-growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Immediate support in NOC including troubleshooting & resolve the incident and problem tickets with SLA
• Shift duty is required
• On site Cyberport

Requirements:

• Experiences in "ServiceNow" and "CyberArk" operations and administration are preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in Data Centre / NOC operations is a PLUS
• Hands-on experience & Knowledge of network switches, routers, firewall configurations.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer
• Immediately Available is highly preferred
